Description

  • Manage a team of enterprise account executives across defined geographical territories.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to support sales and customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Set team performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to support long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform sales strategy and tactics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading majors and strategic sellers.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
