Description

  • Build a US pipeline and proactively drive new business for Mindera.
  • Work as an individual contributor to bring in net new accounts and clients.
  • Leverage industry relationships to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities.
  • Position Mindera as a trusted partner with decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Build and refine account plans and pursuit strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vertical owners to support pitches and new client pursuits.
  • Lead and respond to complex RFP and RFI processes.
  • Orchestrate business consulting and technology services deals from qualification through close.
  • Represent Mindera at conferences and industry events to support outreach and networking.
  • Provide management reporting including activity reports, bid reviews, forecasts, and KPI updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development and client sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in the software or technology industry.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing unique solutions for unique business needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales.
  • Established network and contacts within multiple industries in the US.
  • Experience working with and leading highly skilled teams on a deal basis.
  • Experience collaborating with technology vendors to close business.
  • Experience with proactive selling and RFP/RFI response orchestration.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, interpersonal, listening, organization, preparation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain and present technical solutions.
  • Based in the US with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Experience with digital transformation, organizational change, AI, Cloud, Data, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, DevOps, and Agile is strongly preferred.
