Description

  • Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through deployment and outcome accountability.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Run discovery sessions with data engineers, sales operations leaders, and revenue executives to diagnose customer problems.
  • Design and build bespoke intelligence applications that combine ZoomInfo data with customer first-party data.
  • Work closely with data, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions and shape the engagement model.
  • Bridge technical and business audiences by presenting solutions to executives and collaborating with engineering and operations stakeholders.
  • Document repeatable engagement frameworks, integration patterns, deliverables, and success metrics to build the FDE playbook.
  • Feed customer learnings back to product, engineering, and data teams to influence product direction and dataset priorities.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, new use cases, new personas, and displacement opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Deploy applications in the customer environment and support production use cases.

Requirements

  • Experience writing production-quality code.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Comfort working in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar.
  • Experience with data pipelines, entity matching or deduplication logic, API integrations, and applications used by real users.
  • Comfort navigating APIs quickly; familiarity with GraphQL, REST, Postman, and authentication patterns such as JWT and OAuth is a plus.
  • Fluency in LLM-based development environments such as Claude Code or Codex is required.
  • Direct customer-facing technical experience in solutions engineering, consulting, technical account management, or a previous FDE role.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data needs for executive audiences and discuss technical architecture with data engineering teams.
  • Comfort working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders across sales operations, IT, marketing ops, finance, and revenue leadership.
  • Experience with B2B data, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and enrichment/orchestration tools such as RingLead, Clearbit, or Demandbase is preferred.
  • Familiarity with firmographic enrichment, entity resolution, hierarchy management, TAM modeling, intent data, and account-based prospecting is preferred.
