Description

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with global technology partners (VARs, distributors, OEMs, telcos, MSSPs, technology alliances) to generate joint business development opportunities and align with territory goals.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external partners to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Partner with Zimperium sales teams to identify partner-sourced opportunities, influence deal cycles, and provide training, resources, and enablement to optimize selling with and through partners.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and software demonstrations to partners and joint customers to accelerate deal progression.
  • Own and exceed revenue and growth targets through partner-sourced sales, tracking progress against defined metrics in a quota-carrying role.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of partner initiatives, ensuring partners are engaged, supported, and delivering optimal outcomes.
  • Lead contract negotiations with partners, including developing partner agreements, commercial terms, and mutual KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform partner strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of partner-focused events, training programs, and joint marketing campaigns to strengthen relationships and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in tech sales, business development, or alliance/partner management.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex partnerships and alliances within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets through partner channels; experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud solutions, or emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience delivering sales presentations and software demonstrations.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with major tech partners (OEM, VAR, ISV, MSSP) is a plus.
  • Location preference: Germany (remote role) and willingness/ability to travel up to 50% for in-person partner-facing activities.
