Description

  • Identify and qualify prospective partners to resell Azul products through the partner program.
  • Educate prospective partners on program requirements, deliverables, and enablement materials.
  • Turn prospecting and marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound partner leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on partner productivity and strategic sales approaches.
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for new partners in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead qualification, and partner records in SFDC.
  • Provide recruitment and pipeline updates to Account Executives and the regional VP of Sales.
  • Conduct new partner and ongoing enablement and training through the partner portal.
  • Maintain thorough records of partner communications, demos, tasks, and notes in compliance with company policy.
  • Travel across the region from time to time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales working with global top-tier partners such as SoftwareOne, Insight, SHI, and Logicalis across North America.
  • 5+ years of knowledge or experience working with development platforms or development tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Prior direct sales experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with SFDC and Clari preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
