Description

  • Serve as the technical expert supporting customers using Zimperium’s mobile security solution.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to mobile applications and SaaS-based delivery models.
  • Own customer issues end-to-end and drive them through to resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Assess and communicate potential customer risks to Zimperium management.
  • Validate customer-specific fixes and releases in partnership with the QA team.
  • Create technical documentation tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Gather customer feedback and follow escalation procedures for unresolved product issues and bugs.
  • Create JIRA tickets for engineering teams to address product defects and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with customer success, development, product, DevOps, and engineering teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of experience for mid-level candidates, or 1–3 years of experience for junior candidates.
  • Experience working with enterprise software solutions; startup experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience supporting cloud-based web applications.
  • Hands-on skills with Python, Java, and SQL scripting.
  • Strong SQL skills, Python/Java scripting experience, and Unix skills.
  • Experience with mobile apps, mobile architecture, and MDM solutions such as MS Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, or Citrix.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools such as ArcSight and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and technologies such as AWS, Linux containers/Docker, OpenStack, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
  • 1–3 years of experience implementing and supporting mobile application infrastructure.
  • Experience with iOS and Android mobile app delivery and deployment concepts is a plus.
  • Android Studio experience, including adb and JUnit, is a plus.
  • Xcode experience is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented background with face-to-face post-sales service experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and self-motivation skills.
