Description

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for Zeta’s addressability systems, including real-time and batch identity resolution infrastructure.
  • Partner with engineering to design, build, and ship identity resolution capabilities across the organization.
  • Drive adoption of the Zeta identity spine across CRM, programmatic advertising, Publisher Cloud (HIRO), Email Exchange, and Data Cloud teams.
  • Own the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures and coordinate smooth rollouts across engineering pods and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and business unit leaders to align priorities and goals.
  • Define success metrics and create dashboards and reporting to surface identity coverage, match rates, and resolution quality.
  • Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and stakeholder communications.
  • Use data to prioritize work, measure the impact of identity improvements, and identify coverage gaps.
  • Support onboarding of future acquisitions into the Zeta identity infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of product management experience with exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure.
  • Strong technical depth, including familiarity with identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Ability to read SQL queries, review architecture documents, and discuss system design with engineers.
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or business units and influencing without direct authority.
  • Clear, structured communication skills for translating between technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Spark, and Airflow.
  • Experience in ad tech, MarTech, or identity resolution, especially with identity graphs, cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution, first-party data approaches, or privacy regulations such as GDPR and GPP.
  • SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets to investigate questions, validate hypotheses, and define metrics.
  • Experience with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
