Description

  • Serve as the platform expert for Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion while maintaining knowledge of evolving marketing technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and design automated workflows, scripts, and platform strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Architect scalable, tailored platform implementations, including configurations, data schemas, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with client service and business development teams on pitches, estimates, solutioning, and follow-on opportunities.
  • Lead client-facing workshops, demonstrations, hands-on labs, and presentations.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into detailed technical requirements and implementation approaches.
  • Oversee client programs and development work to ensure delivery meets client objectives.
  • Develop packaged offerings and accelerators that improve sales efficiency and customer value realization.
  • Advise platform partners on roadmaps, features, integrations, and product adoption.
  • Provide solutioning support, thought leadership, and technical direction to delivery teams.
  • Promote information security, assess risks, and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience at a digital-first global delivery agency or consultancy.
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong consultative, client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform products, including RTCDP, CJA, AJO, and Mix Modeler, plus related platforms such as Adobe Target preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, define solutions, and drive results in complex, evolving environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, business process automation, data infrastructure, and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate data handling and implement protections for confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy.
  • Willingness to travel or work remotely as required; eligible employment visa sponsorship may be available.
