Description

  • Own a defined slice of a client engagement from use-case framing through backlog, release, and results.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops, translating stakeholder input into buildable written scope.
  • Translate technical constraints into business language and business goals into technical requirements.
  • Maintain a groomed backlog with sized, technically specific stories and drive sprint planning and release cadence.
  • Prototype on live client data using Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, and Skills.
  • Support GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including RAG, agent workflows, and LLM integrations, while evaluating quality and trade-offs.
  • Define success metrics, report progress accurately, and identify when solutions are not working.
  • Create reusable artifacts, demos, and documentation for future engagements.
  • Collaborate with Principal Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and account teams across US and LATAM time zones.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience, including hands-on software, data, or ML engineering experience.
  • At least 1 year in a product, delivery, or client-facing role such as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead.
  • Daily use of GenAI tools, preferably Claude and Claude Code, with examples of workflow automation or redesign.
  • Ability to read code and technical documentation and communicate effectively with senior engineers.
  • Practical Agile and Scrum experience with backlogs, sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
  • B2-level or higher written and spoken English, with confidence leading client calls independently.
  • Strong self-direction when working toward goals amid ambiguity.
  • Based in Colombia or Costa Rica.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic patterns (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, or S3; experience shipping LLM/RAG features, building automations, consulting, or relevant certifications is preferred.
