Description

  • Own product and feature strategy beyond backlog management.
  • Lead complex technical discovery across unfamiliar domains and close knowledge gaps independently.
  • Define and prioritize platform product requirements involving backend logic and API-driven integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and guide implementation.
  • Analyze complex datasets to validate hypotheses and inform product priorities.
  • Bridge technical teams, global stakeholders, and clients through communication and presentations.
  • Apply Agile product management practices using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Travel internationally for project kickoffs and workshops when required.

Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English is mandatory.
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of products or features rather than only backlog management.
  • Strong experience with platform products, backend logic, and API-driven integrations.
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or other complex systems is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and prioritize demands using data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including client interaction and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and modern product management tools.
  • Self-driven approach to owning complex technical discoveries and navigating unfamiliar domains.
  • Automotive, dealership management, or OEM integration experience is preferred.
  • Availability for international travel.
