Description

  • Drive new pipeline and accelerate existing pipeline with Technology and Cloud partners.
  • Own partner pipeline goals and hold partners accountable for joint business metrics.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with Snowflake and AWS.
  • Work with the Global Partners & Alliances team and executive leadership to expand partner relationships.
  • Lead internal sales enablement so Zeta sellers and partner teams know how to work effectively together.
  • Evangelize Zeta Global’s value proposition to partner executive, sales, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on joint marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Help develop an internal playbook for outsourcing implementations and run-state services to partners.
  • Partner with internal product and technical teams on joint product requirements and GTM alignment.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Sales or Partnerships within the MarTech landscape.
  • Extensive experience with Snowflake or AWS, either as an employee or leading successful co-selling partnerships.
  • Specific experience with ESPs and CDPs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Snowflake and AWS products, architecture, and how their stack integrates with MarTech platforms.
  • Comfort with technical discussions and driving joint Product Requirement Docs with internal and external teams.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating a BD or channel function.
  • Ability to inspire, persuade, overcome obstacles, and lead cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong experience collaborating with executives, Product, Services, Engineering, and Legal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-starting with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Preferred traits include being a strategic, innovative, collaborative negotiator with strong analytical skills.
