Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop three recruiters while overseeing team capacity and workload distribution.
  • Design and implement standardized intake, screening, interview, and scorecard processes.
  • Define hiring standards and train hiring managers on structured, inclusive, and unbiased interviewing.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, talent pools, and employer-brand initiatives.
  • Establish recruiting metrics, maintain ATS data quality, and develop leadership dashboards.
  • Partner with senior leaders on hiring forecasts, role prioritization, timelines, workforce planning, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Manage the ATS and recruiting technology stack, including evaluating automation, AI, and integrations.
  • Maintain compliance with employment and human rights legislation throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage recruiting vendors and associated budgets while ensuring a consistent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, including developing a recruiting team.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a talent acquisition function, including interview frameworks, hiring standards, and metrics from scratch.
  • Demonstrated success building pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and talent pooling, and coaching teams to do the same.
  • Strong recruiting data and ATS administration skills, with the ability to produce accurate, trustworthy reporting.
  • Experience training and influencing hiring managers on structured and inclusive interviewing practices.
  • Comfort owning execution and data within a broader talent strategy established by HR leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills in a build-phase environment.
  • Experience in a scaling mid-size organization of approximately 200–1,000 employees is preferred.
