Description

  • Drive new logo acquisition across the UK and EMEA South, including France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Own regional revenue, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and quarterly and annual target attainment.
  • Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy focused on cloud-native accounts.
  • Maintain strong pipeline coverage, conversion metrics, and a disciplined weekly pipeline and deal review cadence.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives.
  • Create a culture of accountability, growth, and ownership within the sales team.
  • Provide coaching on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Own sales operations excellence, including CRM hygiene, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales performance trends such as win rates, ACV, sales cycle, and pipeline velocity.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex enterprise deals and support pricing, approval, and negotiation strategy when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives in a Cloud, Technology, or SaaS company with a focus on new business.
  • Experience working within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Salesforce proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps environments.
  • Ability to engage credibly in technical infrastructure conversations.
  • Strong business acumen and an ownership mentality.
  • Exceptional coaching and people leadership skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English with executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Regional network and relationships with startups, VC, and technology communities is a plus.
  • Experience building or scaling a new enterprise sales motion is a plus.
  • Additional languages, especially French or Spanish, are a plus.
