Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals.
  • Set clear performance goals and use one-on-one coaching to track progress and provide actionable feedback.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations and optimize team productivity against key metrics such as activity levels, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to diagnose performance issues and adjust team strategy.
  • Address underperformance promptly and constructively to drive continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and remove roadblocks so reps can focus on selling.
  • Track and report team performance and share insights with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align on strategy and improve processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations on lead quality, sales tools, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
  • Proven ability to coach junior sales talent to exceed targets.
  • Experience holding team members accountable and addressing underperformance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and use sales data to improve performance.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Hands-on leadership style with active involvement in day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • OTE range of $160,000-$220,000 USD, with compensation influenced by experience, expertise, and location.
