Description

  • Lead and manage a global team of Alliance Managers across all regions.
  • Establish and execute the global partnership plan with AWS to support pipeline, bookings, and revenue goals.
  • Assist in launching and executing DoiT’s PartnerOps go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead relationships with strategic ISV partners such as Anthropic and Snowflake.
  • Set KPIs, coach the team to meet them, and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, performance, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Identify training needs and coach team members on DoiT processes and sales skills.
  • Serve as the escalation point for deal challenges, deal reviews, and discount approvals.
  • Lead regional business reviews with AWS and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate to deliver against assigned business targets with AWS and DoiT’s SCA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling to, with, and through alliance partnerships.
  • Direct experience as an Alliance Manager for CSPs such as AWS, Google, or Azure.
  • Prior sales leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of partner roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of the public cloud market and ecosystem.
  • Ability to own and execute multiple ongoing projects daily.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingsness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Cloud practitioner or associate-level AWS or GCP certifications are a plus.
