Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal and consistently hit or exceed quota and pipeline targets.
  • Help define the EMEA go-to-market motion for a new product line, including ICP, messaging, objection handling, and pricing posture.
  • Build the first wave of reference customers and case studies for the broader go-to-market organization.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets across EMEA.
  • Build relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and expand market share.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and ensure proposals reflect the quality of the product and delivery.
  • Guide customers from initial interest through contract execution and prepare them for onboarding.
  • Feed customer insights back to product and marketing on a weekly basis.
  • Generate pipeline through prospecting, networking, and creative outreach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated experience running full sales cycles in technology, ideally in new business roles selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
  • Track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
  • Comfort selling a new product or category that is not yet established in the market.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to discuss AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure products and architecture.
  • Genuine interest in FinOps and how engineering organizations consume cloud services.
  • Ability to build influential relationships across matrixed organizations and turn networks into partnerships.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude toward both sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 15% of the time for customer meetings, hyperscaler engagement, and industry events.
  • Location in or ability to work remotely from the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Estonia, or Israel (with travel as needed).
