Description

  • Own a focused set of strategic enterprise accounts end to end.
  • Drive growth, retention, and long-term value across key customer relationships.
  • Lead new business development within existing accounts.
  • Execute complex expansions and high-value renewals.
  • Build deep relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans tied to customer priorities and transformation initiatives.
  • Create executive-level business cases that connect solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasts with strong deal hygiene.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across pre-sales, customer success, product, partners, and leadership.
  • Lead complex negotiations and manage deals through close.

Requirements

  • Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and complex sales motions.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer business, industry, operating model, and market dynamics.
  • Experience creating ROI models, benchmarking, and value-based business cases.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, customer success, product, and partners.
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders during deal execution.
  • Familiarity with Conga’s portfolio, including CPQ, CLM, and related revenue lifecycle capabilities (preferred).
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers with complex commercial environments (preferred).
