Description

  • Own the end-to-end technical account management journey for merchants and partners from kickoff to go-live and post-launch stabilization.
  • Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders on integration strategy, trade-offs, incidents, and risk management.
  • Translate customer business and operational needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Risk/Compliance, and Support to unblock integrations and keep launches on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot API and payment issues by analyzing logs, request/response behavior, and error patterns.
  • Drive issue resolution with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Improve technical account management documentation, runbooks, and process automation to increase speed and quality.
  • Support enterprise customers in production environments with structured incident communication and an SLA mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation/Integration Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services, including JSON and XML; SOAP experience is a plus.
  • Experience with API tooling such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals, including HTTP, authentication concepts, and client/server debugging.
  • Working knowledge of at least one server-side language such as Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
  • Exposure to databases and infrastructure basics, including SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, logs/monitoring, and practical distributed systems troubleshooting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Payments experience with gateways, acquirers, PSPs, fraud tools, tokenization, or reconciliation basics is preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing or incident management tools such as Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in integrations, including PII handling and OWASP basics, is preferred.
