Description

  • Design and execute multichannel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Research target accounts to identify buying signals, map stakeholders, understand tech stacks, and uncover pain points.
  • Build and maintain high-quality account and contact lists using sales intelligence and prospecting tools.
  • Automate prospecting, enrichment, and personalization workflows using GTM engineering methods, APIs, no-code tools, and scripts.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate account research, personalize outreach, and create automated workflows.
  • Qualify opportunities in depth and book high-value meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Provide rich account context and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Experiment with new channels, sequences, and messaging, then measure results and iterate.
  • Keep the CRM updated with complete visibility into outreach activity and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine ICP, improve messaging, and inform GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound roles such as SDR, BDR, or similar.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating enterprise pipeline.
  • A builder and experimenter mindset with the ability to design your own workflows.
  • Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn GTM engineering tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and basic scripting.
  • Hands-on curiosity about AI tools applied to sales, including Claude, Claude Code, AI agents, prompting, and automations.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills for executive-level outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce is a strong plus.
  • Hunger, discipline, and resilience to succeed in a demanding outbound role.
