Description

  • Formalize and scale the company’s channel operating model and overall partner program.
  • Design a tiered partner program with clear engagement rules, deal registration, and referral, resale, and services motions.
  • Develop partner onboarding playbooks, enablement frameworks, and a partner portal or content structure.
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with national partners and align joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Activate and strengthen regional VAR and services partners through relationship refreshes, enablement sessions, and pipeline campaigns.
  • Train partner sales teams, create micro playbooks and positioning guides, and support joint customer meetings.
  • Own partner pipeline development through joint opportunity identification, co-selling motions, and marketing collaboration.
  • Implement partner governance through scorecards, quarterly business reviews, joint account planning, and pipeline tracking.
  • Track partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, active partner sellers, enablement participation, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in channel or alliances roles within an MSSP environment.
  • Experience with Pen Testing, MDR, SOC as a Service, and Security Engineering solutions.
  • Experience working with VARs, national integrators, or security partners.
  • Experience building partner programs from the early stages.
  • Strong executive relationship development skills.
  • Experience in partner enablement and pipeline development.
  • Background in sales strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be a builder, operator, and connector with a focus on program creation, pipeline growth, and partner relationships.

Benefits

  • $130,000–$180,000 annual salary range.
  • Remote role with location options in Los Angeles, Portland, or San Francisco.
  • Full-time position.
