Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Operations Support Specialists supporting Account Executives with quotes, booking orders, and post-sales requests.
  • Distribute incoming requests in the service request management system and balance workload to meet SLAs.
  • Provide overflow support and proactively review aging requests to ensure timely escalation and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate team time off and coverage to maintain adequate business operations.
  • Ensure new orders are booked accurately, with complete required information and in line with standard business processes and SLAs.
  • Coordinate the month-end booking process to ensure targeted orders are booked on time.
  • Handle initial escalation requests from Sales, Application Solution and Design, and Finance teams for both old and new business.
  • Help direct out-of-scope requests to the appropriate core or partner teams.
  • Recommend process improvements and support change management efforts that improve efficiency and client service.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and participate in partner training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with quote-to-cash workflows for consulting services, managed services, SaaS, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of standard quote-to-cash business processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and service request management systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong process management skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with internal and external meetings typically conducted via Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex with camera on.
