Description

  • Identify and research prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and business needs.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve messaging and campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting targets.
  • Learn and communicate the product value proposition and use cases effectively.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech sales is essential.
  • Localization or translation experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies is preferred.
