Description

  • Exceed annual quota for new Bend Health partner acquisitions.
  • Prospect new business independently and with Bend and Lyra lead generation partners.
  • Inspire senior executives at leading companies to prioritize mental health initiatives.
  • Educate partner leadership on the U.S. mental health care system and Bend’s value proposition.
  • Communicate Bend’s unique value verbally, in writing, and with quantitative analysis.
  • Negotiate with medical directors, administrators, network contracting, finance, and procurement leaders.
  • Document deal progress and maintain accurate pipeline data to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to support implementations and ongoing client management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contracted health systems to increase referral volume and service scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a comparable role.
  • Experience selling directly to health systems or consulting with health systems is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills for business terms and contract discussions.
  • Interest in understanding how the U.S. healthcare system works.
  • Passion for mental health.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative ability and comfort analyzing numbers to find insights.
  • Tenacity, persistence, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel 40%.
  • Must be physically located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA due to travel requirements.
