Description

  • Coordinate with community managers to schedule meetings with association boards.
  • Present Choice Property Resources’ services and vendor proposals at board meetings.
  • Identify opportunities and track vendor contract renewals in partnership with the Contract Management department.
  • Use the company’s sales methodology and process to close opportunities and report on the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare documents in advance of meetings with association boards in coordination with the administrative support team.
  • Manage the renewal process for Choice’s agency agreements with management company clients.
  • Build relationships with established clients and association decision makers to support sales growth.
  • Travel to local and regional meetings, including evening meetings and occasional overnight trips.
  • Work remotely from a home office while maintaining regular communication with the team.

Requirements

  • Must live within 25 miles of Cincinnati, OH or within Northern Kentucky.
  • Must be within 50 miles of a major airport.
  • Must be able to regularly travel 15-25% of the time, with occasional trips up to 200 miles.
  • Must be available for evening meetings and occasional overnight trips.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace at home free from distractions and background noise.
  • Prior success selling services and/or contracts to groups in a 1-3 month sales cycle is required.
  • Experience closing sales in one or two meetings with groups of decision makers is required.
  • Experience selling against established vendors and/or to prospects with no prior purchase history is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, and analytical skills are required.
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline and adapt processes/materials for efficiency is required.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience in multifamily, real estate development, telecommunications, construction, property management, contract negotiation, professional services, or consultative selling is a plus.
  • College degree is preferred.
  • Candidate should be trainable, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Candidate should demonstrate good judgment and professional maturity.

  • Base salary of $55,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
