Description

  • Own end-to-end analytics for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid channels from impressions through revenue attribution.
  • Build attribution models and funnel reporting to measure ROAS, CAC, and long-term LTV across paid and organic channels.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targets, and anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate marketing data into executive-ready narratives, performance recaps, and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across channels and partner with Marketing and Sales on analysis.
  • Build and maintain Snowflake data models integrating advertising, CRM, Segment, Iterable, and ad-server data.
  • Manage reverse-ETL pipelines that return performance data to advertising and campaign-management tools.
  • Create and own Looker dashboards for marketing KPIs, campaign health, and revenue forecasting.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests for campaigns, landing pages, yield strategies, bids, audiences, and creative.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related field; marketplace, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or lead-generation experience preferred.
  • Experience owning paid marketing analytics for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt or an equivalent modern data stack.
  • Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or a similar visualization platform.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads API, Microsoft Ads API, Segment, and CRM data such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of paid marketing KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CPL, impression share, quality score, and attribution windows.
  • Knowledge of last-click, data-driven, and multi-touch attribution methodologies and lead funnels through renewal.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical storytelling, hypothesis structuring, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with ad servers or yield platforms such as Kevel or Placements.io is preferred.
