Description

  • Optimize partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards.
  • Identify performance and training gaps within the partner portfolio and develop improvement strategies.
  • Create and implement partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks and standards.
  • Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including eligibility review, vetting, and promotion or demotion based on performance.
  • Develop tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities and outcomes.
  • Manage operational escalations and resolve issues promptly to support partner satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn and maintain a strong partner network.
  • Serve as the ITAR conversion leader.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to establish best practices and promote Xometry Certified partners.
  • Maintain training records and standardize partner training materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on partner acquisition strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 8+ years of experience leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
  • Experience with manufacturing and machining environments is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements that balance customer and supplier needs.
  • Proven track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs.
  • Fluency with presentation, document, project management, and other essential business applications.
  • 20-25% travel required.
