Description

  • Design and implement a tiered partner program and formal channel operating model (rules of engagement, deal registration, referral vs resale vs services).
  • Create partner enablement and onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and partner portal content to operationalize partner engagement.
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with national integrators (e.g., WWT, GuidePoint Security) and align on joint solution positioning and vendor co-selling.
  • Map accounts with partners, run joint account planning, and support quarterly business reviews to convert partners into consistent sources of large services engagements.
  • Refresh and activate regional VAR and services partner relationships (e.g., Defy Security, Evotek, Technologent) and run pipeline generation campaigns.
  • Deliver partner sales training, build micro playbooks and positioning guides, run account mapping sessions, and support joint customer meetings to enable partner sellers.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline development through joint opportunity identification, co-selling motions, partner-led campaigns, and marketing collaboration.
  • Introduce partner governance and performance metrics including partner scorecards, pipeline tracking, revenue attribution, enablement participation, and opportunity conversion monitoring.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in channel or alliances roles within an MSSP environment offering Pen Testing, MDR, SOC-as-a-Service, or Security Engineering solutions.
  • Proven experience working with VARs, national integrators, and security partners.
  • Experience building partner programs from early stages and operationalizing partner engagement models.
  • Demonstrated ability in executive relationship development and account mapping.
  • Track record of partner enablement, pipeline development, and driving partner-sourced revenue.
  • Strong sales strategy capability and experience with co-selling and partner-led campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Vendor Alliances.
  • Mindset: proven builder (program creation), operator (drive pipeline), and connector (relationship development across partners).
