Description

  • Build relationships with customers while representing company values of trust, service, and honesty.
  • Develop business with both existing accounts and new inbound customers.
  • Create and manage plans to meet sales objectives, profitable growth, and market share goals.
  • Guide customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects.
  • Serve as the main contact for new prototyping and low-volume production projects.
  • Work with sales engineering to develop quotes based on customer needs.
  • Collect customer requirements and share them with internal teams to support project management.
  • Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events.
  • Track and report industry trends, competitor information, and customer events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying full-cycle sales role.
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or GoToMeeting.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or a similar system is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • High energy and a positive attitude when engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
