Description

  • Own end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, landing pages, blog posts, email announcements, social posts, webinars, and demo sessions.
  • Build tiered launch playbooks for major, medium, and minor releases, and maintain launch-ready assets across product areas.
  • Create and update product-area landing pages in Webflow and write announcement content that clearly explains customer value.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering on release timelines, feature narratives, and customer-facing launch plans.
  • Track launch performance through signups, activation, and pipeline influenced by launches.
  • Create monthly competitive battlecards, sales decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides.
  • Develop vertical-specific pitch materials for ecommerce, SaaS, finance, retail, and agency segments.
  • Run win/loss analysis, attend sales calls, and feed customer insights back into product and marketing.
  • Design onboarding email sequences, in-app messaging, upgrade nudges, and nurture campaigns for prospects and users.
  • Write pricing page copy, manage the pricing page experience, and build customer communication workflows for releases and feature updates.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally at companies in the $2M-$20M ARR range.
  • Experience launching 10+ features or products end-to-end.
  • Ability to write landing page copy, sales decks, and product announcements directly without relying on a copywriter.
  • Experience building competitive battlecards and sales enablement materials that sales teams actually use.
  • Experience with product-led growth motions such as onboarding emails, in-app messaging, and upgrade flows.
  • Comfort using Webflow, Framer, or similar tools to build and update landing pages without engineering support.
  • Experience running product webinars or demos and presenting to audiences of 50-200 people.
  • Understanding of the SEO/GEO space, or experience marketing a technical product to marketing buyers.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools for research, messaging, presentations, and rapid execution.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, or Intercom for lifecycle campaigns.
  • Preferred background in SEO, analytics, or marketing technology.
  • Preferred experience building a product marketing function from scratch.
  • Preferred experience marketing to both self-serve users and enterprise buyers.
  • Preferred experience creating video content or managing video production.
  • Preferred experience with agency or channel partner marketing programs.
  • Preferred active presence on LinkedIn or Twitter discussing product marketing.
