Description

  • Manage a select portfolio of enterprise client accounts as the main point of contact and Director support.
  • Provide proactive, consistent client outreach and communication.
  • Own weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as QBRs.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners into client affiliate programs.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid placement campaigns end to end.
  • Coordinate with affiliate networks and communicate regularly with affiliates to grow programs.
  • Lead potential network migrations and support program transitions.
  • Develop affiliate strategies for clients and identify cross-channel growth opportunities.
  • Assess competitive landscapes and recommend opportunities, improvements, and client education.
  • Solve complex client challenges, improve internal processes and workflows, and strengthen account relationships.
  • Support sales efforts with audits, decks, and pitches for prospective affiliate clients.
  • Lead affiliate marketing discussions and contribute to internal or public speaking opportunities.
  • Oversee high-profile accounts, test new strategies and platforms, and share learnings with the team.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing within an agency or client environment.
  • Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple client verticals, including e-commerce/retail, subscriptions, international, and B2B.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, PepperJam, Rakuten, AWIN, and Partnerize.
  • Strong working knowledge of insights data, partner performance, and key trends to inform strategy.
  • Experience running regular and ad hoc reports with a focus on forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree, related four-year degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to navigate difficult client questions and communicate credibly in client-facing situations.
  • Experience maintaining knowledge of core digital marketing channels, including influencer marketing, paid media, and earned/owned media.
