Description

  • Personally prospect, own, and close a named list of strategic enterprise accounts across banks, credit unions, payment processors, lenders, and platform fintechs.
  • Carry an individual quota in addition to the team quota.
  • Run discovery, scoping, demos, technical evaluation support, commercial negotiation, redlines, and contract close.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, network relationships, partner channels, and event activity.
  • Act as the senior deal lead on the company’s largest and most complex opportunities and unblock deals at any stage.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs and SDRs.
  • Lead weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and call coaching sessions.
  • Review recorded and live sales calls and deliver actionable feedback within 24 hours.
  • Own forecasting accuracy and provide a weekly call to the CRO with deal-level support.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to improve pipeline, roadmap feedback, handoffs, and co-sell motions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 4 years of frontline sales leadership experience managing Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of personally closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals.
  • Direct experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, lenders, or adjacent regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with KYB, KYC, IDV, AML, fraud, underwriting, or onboarding tools.
  • Demonstrated player/coach experience leading a team while actively running deals.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo or similar tools.
  • Mastery of a structured enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Force Management.
  • Strong commercial judgment on pricing, packaging, procurement, and contract negotiation.
  • Executive presence and strong writing skills suitable for communication with a Chief Risk Officer or board-level stakeholders.
