Description

  • Manage and deepen relationships with WorkMotion’s global Employer of Record partner and supplier network.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for partner-related matters, coordinating escalations, operational changes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support internal teams with partner escalations and resolve high-impact or high-risk issues to maintain service continuity and accountability.
  • Measure and evaluate partner performance across service quality, responsiveness, knowledge, compliance, and data quality.
  • Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners.
  • Own commercial outcomes, including pricing negotiation strategy and partner profitability margin performance.
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and synergies with new and existing partners across the global network.
  • Work closely with Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to improve client and employee experience.
  • Maintain partner documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, inefficiencies, and gaps in partner management systems and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in partner/supplier management, account management, or operations within an Employer of Record, HR outsourcing, payroll, or global mobility environment.
  • Excellent relationship-management skills and the ability to build trust and effective working relationships quickly.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience supporting or leading pricing, cost structures, or financial decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to independently and creatively unblock challenges.
  • Open-minded, entrepreneurial, and flexible work attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with process automation and AI implementation in daily tasks.
  • Previous experience in partner/supplier management in the Employer of Record or staffing industry is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of global employment frameworks, labor law fundamentals, and cross-border workforce management is preferred.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, or PowerBI is a plus.
  • Additional experience in project management, legal/paralegal, or international expansion/market entry roles is a plus.
