Description

  • Build automated workflows that detect high-intent signals and surface them to BDR and marketing teams.
  • Design and maintain bi-directional data flows between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack.
  • Map CRM fields correctly and maintain tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop predictive lead scoring and logic for identifying buying centers and account intent.
  • Create workflows that verify unreliable data and enrich records using scraping, AI, and enrichment logic.
  • Design ABX logic to classify companies using niche scraping and complex signal analysis.
  • Trigger automated alerts and outreach when accounts show meaningful behavioral surges across channels.
  • Optimize AI credit usage with caching logic so data is not fetched redundantly.
  • Build AI agents that research companies and generate personalized briefings for account executives.
  • Ensure data quality, attribution tracking, and stack integration support scalable GTM operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot, including Sales and Marketing Hubs.
  • Deep familiarity with automation platforms such as Clay, Make.com, or Zapier.
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and LLMs such as Claude or OpenAI for unstructured data extraction.
  • Proven experience managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups and working with attribution tools like HockeyStack, Dreamdata, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent proven technical RevOps/Growth implementation experience.
  • Strong analytical ability to analyze data sets, identify trends, signals, and correlations, and support pipeline growth.
  • Experience with Python scripts is part of the stated tech stack and a plus for orchestration work.
  • Familiarity with GA4 is included in the tech stack.
  • Experience in revenue or growth systems thinking and scalable CRM/workflow architecture is expected.
