Description

  • Support sales teams in responding to RFPs, proposals, inbound opportunities, and contract-related work.
  • Develop a working understanding of HPC and AI infrastructure, including compute, power, cooling, water, and facility constraints.
  • Translate customer and infrastructure needs into grounded cost models, pricing, and assumptions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, sales, and customers to align scope, cost, and expectations early.
  • Help shape credible deal terms and pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness with disciplined cost awareness.
  • Synthesize technical, operational, and commercial inputs into clear and cohesive deal responses.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models in Excel to support deal decisions and pricing.
  • Pressure-test assumptions and identify cost, margin, and risk implications in deal structures.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear scopes of work and solution frameworks.
  • Identify gaps, risks, or missing inputs early and help resolve them cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Excel and data center financial modeling.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, contracts, or complex deal structures.
  • Familiarity with data centers, HPC, AI infrastructure, or adjacent environments.
  • Ability to ask practical, grounding questions that surface what is missing or unclear.
  • Ability to translate between customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial terms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize what matters in fast-moving situations.
  • Comfort operating in environments where not everything is defined upfront.
  • Experience with HPC, AI infrastructure, or data center environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with power, cooling, and facility-level considerations is preferred.
  • Background in finance, sales operations, deal desk, contract management, construction estimating, infrastructure planning, or capital-intensive projects is preferred.
