Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution of the SQL to Closed Won to renewal/expansion funnel and identify bottlenecks early.
  • Improve forecast accuracy for new business and account management by developing predictive indicators for risk, win probability, churn, and expansion potential.
  • Govern the CRM as the system of record for new business and account management activities, including deal-stage hygiene, pipeline integrity, territory and segment mapping, and routing logic.
  • Build automated dashboards and actionable insights for AE, AM, and leadership teams covering pipeline health, rep performance, renewal risk, and net dollar retention drivers.
  • Operationally support the account management motion by tracking renewals, monitoring expansion pipeline, flagging churn risk, and enabling CSMs and AMs to prioritize the right accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, CX, and Finance on operational handoffs, coverage model changes, and go-to-market process improvements across the customer lifecycle.
  • Integrate AI into rep velocity, forecasting, and account risk scoring to make RevOps more proactive and growth-oriented.
  • Contribute to improving pipeline quality, shortening sales cycles, and scaling acquisition and retention motions across a multi-product go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automations, properties, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze funnel metrics, build forecasts, and work with segmentation logic and data models.
  • Strong understanding of key SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage.
  • Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to accelerate work.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
  • Experience applying AI in day-to-day work is expected as a practical habit rather than a one-off project.
  • Familiarity with a multi-product go-to-market environment is relevant.
  • The internal title for this role is Revenue Operations Business Partner.
