Description

  • Design and develop enterprise-ready AI Apps and Packaged Genies for intelligent automation across business processes.
  • Architect advanced Skills that support knowledge retrieval, approval workflows, notifications, and end-to-end orchestration.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures, Skill specifications, and orchestration patterns.
  • Define coding standards, review designs, and help establish CI/CD pipelines aligned with platform architecture.
  • Build modular, maintainable, and performance-optimized logic for varied customer deployment scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-system integrations and improve reliability and resiliency.
  • Create and maintain documentation for architectural decisions, prompt engineering strategies, integration approaches, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to expand capabilities into new functional domains and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or product development.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Java.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and transition to new programming languages as needed.
  • Experience architecting and delivering production-grade solutions.
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and modular architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, API design, and authentication flows including REST, OAuth, and tokens.
  • Experience working across enterprise systems such as CRM, HRMS, ITSM, IAM, and ERP platforms.
  • Deep experience with product development lifecycles, reusable component design, and platform-based engineering.
  • Ability to break down complex cross-functional problems into structured, scalable workflows and modular components.
  • Experience with workflow automation, orchestration, low-code platforms, or AI/ML-powered systems, or ability to learn them quickly.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and LLM-based systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and system-level troubleshooting skills in distributed environments.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to drive projects independently in a fast-paced scaling environment.
  • Interest in AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation ecosystems.
