Description

  • Provide expertise in the design and functionality of business applications.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into IT-supported solutions.
  • Own the conceptual design of business applications.
  • Review and validate supplier-provided technical and detailed technical designs for alignment with business requirements.
  • Perform quality reviews of project deliverables and validate supplier estimates.
  • Conduct impact analysis for application changes across related components.
  • Support implementation activities, including troubleshooting system environmental issues and providing training as needed.
  • Translate complex reinsurance requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Set up and maintain treaty, facultative, proportional, non-proportional, participation, and risk accumulation structures.
  • Ensure accurate reinsurance accounting and integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FS-CD.
  • Manage period-end close activities, premium estimations, claims recoveries, and settlements.
  • Lead or support SIT and UAT, including defect resolution and data reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Business Operations, and IT teams to implement and optimize SAP systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working with SAP ABAP.
  • Experience working with Experience Services framework.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of FS-RI.
  • Knowledge of SAP FS-CD (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (nice to have).
