Description

Design intelligent, autonomous agentic AI workflows using multi-agent collaboration and Workato’s automation capabilities.
Design and deploy agentic AI solutions with Workato’s connectors, workflows, and recipes for context-aware, grounded responses from LLMs.
Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques so agents can author and execute complex workflows reliably.
Troubleshoot and analyze AI-driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks built on the Workato platform.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making and dynamic retrieval mechanisms.
Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve efficiency and reliability.
Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored agentic AI and RAG-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks and ensure smooth deployment.
Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing by adding to Workato’s knowledge base.
Support product development from ideation through implementation and help create technical and design specifications.

Requirements

BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, including at least 3 years of experience in Workato.
Proven experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations.
Hands-on experience with integration technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
5+ years of experience with integration platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other automation tools is a plus.
Experience with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure, is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
2-3 years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with cloud business apps such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is a plus.
Working knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, and process automation via BPM or RPA is a plus.
Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under high-pressure situations.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fast learner who can independently research and synthesize ideas, information, and options quickly.
