Description

  • Define the venture strategy, including ICP, pricing, product positioning, and the initial execution path.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion for the new company.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Shape product direction around intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operate as CEO in a co-creation model with FutureSight.
  • Work with the broader venture-building team across design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
  • Hands-on experience with returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI agents or LLMs.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Experience operating in a co-founder or CEO capacity is strongly aligned with this role.
  • Prior experience with early-stage venture building is a plus.
