Description

  • Manage all employee benefit programs and plans, including health and wellbeing, disability, leave and absence, retirement, life insurance, and voluntary benefits.
  • Resolve employee benefits and wellbeing questions and provide support on plan-related issues.
  • Lead overall management of the company’s well-being program and promote a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage the Benefits & Wellbeing team and collaborate with the broader HR team.
  • Support open enrollment processes and ongoing HRIS configurations.
  • Contribute to acquisition analysis and onboarding related to benefits integration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure benefits program compliance.
  • Develop and execute benefits and wellbeing strategy and related projects.
  • Partner with teams across HR, including Talent Management, Compensation & Compliance, Recruiting, Payroll, and HR Technology.
  • Provide thought leadership on strategic direction, competitive positioning, emerging trends, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressively responsible benefits experience, or at least 14 years of relevant experience.
  • CEBS or an equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with self-insured benefit plans preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment and employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with familiarity with Outlook or similar email tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • A can-do approach and ability to manage shifting priorities in a changing organization.

  • Remote work option.
  • Salary range of $100,000 to $195,000 a year, depending on location, experience, skills, and education.
  • 401(k) with company match of 100% of the first 3% of salary contributed.
