Description

  • Lead and support a remote-first, high-volume operational mobility team and own team outcomes.
  • Set short- and long-term strategies aligned with Mobility goals, including timelines and targets.
  • Coach, develop, and provide ongoing support to team members to improve performance.
  • Report metrics, targets, and project alignment to senior management.
  • Review team budgets and ensure adherence.
  • Oversee processes and procedures for accurate processing and monitoring of immigration and visa applications.
  • Prepare documentation for new service offerings and organize training materials for other departments.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues using multiple data sources.
  • Lead projects, delegate work, and serve as a go-to resource for Mobility Specialists.
  • Build stakeholder relationships, tailor communication, and improve services based on stakeholder needs.
  • Identify ideas and opportunities to improve productivity, including using AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team.
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar immigration-related role.
  • Clear understanding of immigration compliance and typical immigration processes.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of team results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth, scaling environment is ideal.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Ability to operate with advanced knowledge in a professional area and basic knowledge across immigration domains.
