Description

  • Partner with leaders, including executives, on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U.S. and international teams.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as terminations, investigations, reductions, and difficult conversations.
  • Manage HRIS data, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Support and improve HR programs, training, and key HR initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary HR point of contact and operate independently in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner; HR Generalist experience is also acceptable.
  • International HR experience supporting teams outside the U.S., such as EMEA or APAC.
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders and supporting larger organizations.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment law.
  • HRIS experience is required; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently and serve as a primary HR point of contact.
  • People-focused, relationship-driven approach.
  • Onsite, hybrid, or remote work depending on location.
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
