Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Process and assist with US payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, HR questions, and workplace support.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee files, compliance documentation, and confidential records with accuracy.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, company culture programs, and retention efforts.
  • Monitor compliance requirements, policy updates, training completion, certifications, and HR documentation.
  • Assist leadership with HR projects, process improvements, SOP creation, reporting, and operational support.
  • Help create efficient systems or automations that improve employee experience and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote setup supporting US companies.
  • Hands-on experience with US payroll systems such as Gusto, ADP, Rippling, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Comfortable working independently using HRIS platforms and HR technology systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented when handling payroll, employee records, and compliance documents.
  • Able to manage confidential employee and financial information professionally.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Asana for task management and workflow coordination is preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Rippling, or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual communication platforms.
