Description

  • Support and advise functional leaders on compensation-related matters.
  • Participate in market benchmarking surveys and lead the annual review of internal salary ranges.
  • Conduct market pay analyses and develop conclusions, recommendations, and budget impact assessments.
  • Make recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions while building consensus with stakeholders.
  • Partner on job documentation and analysis in support of career architecture.
  • Train managers and employees on compensation practices, career architecture, and compensation conversations.
  • Support administration of focal point compensation cycles and cyclical compensation programs.
  • Manage day-to-day compensation administration, including job requisitions, pay changes, job profile maintenance, and employee inquiries.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies across compensation programs, reporting, and support initiatives.
  • Complete ad hoc job evaluation and market data requests and maintain awareness of compensation trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of compensation experience.
  • Experience with non-traditional compensation programs highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with global compensation markets, practices, and data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to perform independent in-depth analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and translate compensation topics into plain language.
  • Experience leading moderately complex projects or contributing significantly to complex projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, measured urgency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a global organization.
  • Familiarity with mainstream AI tools, such as Gemini, and willingness to integrate AI workflows into daily work.

  • Annual gross base salary range of 61,600 EUR to 77,000 EUR, plus variable compensation.
  • Eligible for a commission structure for sales roles.
