Description

  • Develop and launch scalable partner enablement programs aligned to go-to-market priorities and sales motions.
  • Lead the creation of role-based learning journeys for partners.
  • Own the partner onboarding experience and drive continuous learning to improve time to first deal and partner productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Channel Sales to align training and messaging.
  • Build sales plays, eLearning modules, playbooks, and toolkits for partners and internal teams.
  • Translate complex value propositions into clear, actionable resources for partner sellers.
  • Support the launch of new products and solutions by providing go-to-market guidance and enablement materials.
  • Deliver field-ready content aligned to the Wiz sales process and MEDDIC methodology.
  • Work with Channel Sales and Partner Solution Architects to drive adoption of tools and content across partner ecosystems.
  • Deliver content for live trainings, partner webinars, and events such as Sales Kickoff, Halftime, and QBRs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Proven ability to independently build and launch scalable enablement programs and resources.
  • Strong content creation skills with experience creating sales playbooks, eLearning, presentations, and toolkits.
  • Experience with partner tools such as Partner Portal (PRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • A bias for action and the ability to identify and fill gaps proactively.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
