Description

  • Build and execute integrated partner marketing plans and demand-generation programs across reseller and service partners to drive pipeline, awareness, and partner engagement.
  • Create and manage co-branded assets, go-to-market activations, and co-marketing initiatives with channel partners.
  • Collaborate with global and regional partner teams, Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Enablement, and Global Marketing to align on launches and campaign execution.
  • Plan and activate impactful events and content with partners to support joint GTM initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance across partner programs; provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to measure results, attribution, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep programs on schedule and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing, preferably in technology or software (B2B SaaS/enterprise).
  • Previous partner marketing experience across the US/Canada region; Public Sector Partner experience is a plus.
  • Preferred background in cloud or cybersecurity (bonus).
  • Based in the US and must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship (this role does not offer visa sponsorship).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop partner-ready materials.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, G Suite) and an analytical mindset to use data to measure and improve performance; ability to work independently and across time zones.

  • US base pay range $120,000–$165,000 USD (starting compensation determined by experience, location, and skills) with potential incentive compensation.
