Description

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for community-tier partner engagement aligned with quarterly channel sales targets.
  • Define onboarding criteria and the partner journey for new members of the Wiz Partner Alliance community tier.
  • Identify gaps in partner enablement and help design community-specific training modules and experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Marketing, Product, and Sales to launch community incentives and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Drive partner adoption of portals, community forums, and collaboration tools.
  • Identify and support high-potential community partners as they progress to the next program tier.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep partner success initiatives on track.
  • Advocate for community partners internally and ensure their feedback informs product roadmaps and sales strategies.
  • Create turnkey event kits for partners to run local meetups, webinars, and technical workshops.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as community-sourced pipeline, accreditations, partner sentiment, and program ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel onboarding and program management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Experience with community platforms such as Slack.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance process-driven program management with relationship-driven community building.
  • Self-starter mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Passion for peer-to-peer networks.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
