Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware integration projects from concept through deployment.
  • Manage cross-functional programs across engineering, supply chain, warehouse, production, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams.
  • Work with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams on requirements, integration specifications, and testing procedures.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, communicating progress, managing expectations, and escalating risks or issues proactively.
  • Partner with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to track deliverables, validate configurations, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain program documentation, track metrics, and ensure compliance with integration standards and quality controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in program management and hardware delivery execution.
  • Support release management and validation testing for complex hardware and infrastructure programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration environments.
  • Experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple hardware and infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networking.
  • Strong understanding of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience in data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure deployments preferred.
  • Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management, including NPI, configuration control, and change management preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, client-driven environment preferred.
