Description

  • Monitor outbound and inbound conversations in Instantly to ensure all positive replies are responded to promptly.
  • Identify and report unanswered, delayed, or mishandled responses to the SDR Manager.
  • Ensure all leads are properly followed up on and moved through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Audit Pipedrive deals to confirm accurate updates, notes, and activity tracking.
  • Ensure all Pipedrive activities are logged, updated, and accurate and verify deals are in the correct pipeline stages.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Flag bottlenecks, missed opportunities, and process gaps within the pipeline.
  • Work closely with SDRs, closers, and marketing to improve lead handling and conversion.
  • Create and share regular reports on pipeline performance and response times.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, SDR/BDR or sales support roles, or CRM administration, preferably in SaaS or B2B sales environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as Instantly or similar platforms.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with teams.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks.
  • Tech-savvy and administratively strong.
  • Willingness to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.
  • Must provide own workstation, computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet; willing to download and use company software and undergo background checks and provide government ID and proof of address during onboarding.
