Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective business clients across multiple industries.
  • Execute targeted cold email outreach campaigns to support phone outreach and generate appointments.
  • Follow up on responses promptly to nurture leads, provide information, and secure confirmed meetings.
  • Use Apollo CRM to manage leads, track outreach activity, and maintain detailed call and follow-up records.
  • Engage decision-makers such as Safety Managers, HR Managers, and Risk Managers in labor-intensive sectors.
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest, urgency, and fit before scheduling appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, monitor performance metrics, and report progress to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and team leaders to ensure smooth lead handoffs and share prospect insights.
  • Participate in training, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to improve outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills; minimal accent preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, appointment setting, or outbound sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
  • Experience using Apollo or a similar CRM tool is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
  • Must be proficient in clear spoken and written English.
  • Must have relevant and verifiable work experience.
  • Ability to provide NBI Clearance or Local Police Clearance if requested.
  • Availability for video meetings with camera on during working hours.
  • Must have no other clients during required working hours.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset and webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Quiet, professional workspace.
